Motorists are advised of an incident on the intersection of Charters Towers Road and Bowen Road. A boat has fallen off the Trailer and it is blocking the middle lane in the inbound direction. Delays are to be expected. Police are on their way.

Motorists are advised of a multiple vehicle incident on the Ross River Road and Balls Street intersection. As a result of clean up, the inbound lane on the Ross River road will be closed for half an hour. Please be patient and use an alternative route if possible.

Ross River Road at the West Street Thompson Street intersection will have works for an air break switch maintenance. Closure of left most Westbound lane with signage & speed restriction in place and traffic controllers on site for the duration of the works.

Ergon Energy will be having a power outage on the 5 December 2010 between 8.00am and 1.00pm on Ross River Road Mundingburra. This will affect the power supply to the pedestrian crossing outside the Mundingburra State School. Traffic controllers will be on site to assist pedestrians across the road.

Motorists are advised that due to Roadworks there will be no left turn into Mango Avenue from Ross River Road and Mango Avenue itself will be closed between the hours of 9.00am and 1.00pm today the 25 February, 2010. Detours, speed reductions and traffic control will be in place during the works.

Motorists are advised that the traffic lights at the intersection of Ross River Road, Cross St and Balls lane as well as Ross River Road, Bowen Road and Charters Towers Road are currently off due to an Ergon Energy Power failure. Police are currently on site direction traffic. The lights will resume normal operation once power has been restored.

Due to a planned event on 9 May 2012 from 8:00am to 12:00 midnight changed traffic conditions will be in place on Stuart Drive, Annandale. Single lane closures will be in place on Stuart Drive-Mervyn Crossman Drive roundabout. Speed restrictions, and traffic controllers will also be in place on Stuart Drive.
