The Douglas Section of the Ring Road has experienced a multiple vehicle incident at 4pm on Thursday 3 June 2010. Emergency crews are on site, there is major congestion at the on and off ramps, and traffic continues to move slowly. There is no estimated time as to when the road will be fully reopened to traffic.
