The road is currently closed to heavy vehicles between Tor Street and McDougall Street.
Motorists are being advised to avoid the area if possible and seek an alternative route.

Toowoomba City - Fallen power lines on Tor Street (Warrego Hway) in Toowoomba City has resulted in the loss of power to traffic signals at several locations. Temporary power has been restored at major intersections using generators, however some locations are still operating without power.
Traffic diversions are in place at the scene of the fallen power lines, between Hursley Road and Taylor Street.
Motorists are advised to be patient and drive with caution.
