Due to flooding a traffic contra flow is in place for southbound traffic on the Bruce Highway north of King John Creek Caboolture. Southbound traffic is being directed onto the northbound lanes. There is now one lane of traffic each direction in the northbound lanes of the Highway between Bribie Island Road and Pumicestone Rd. Expect long delays in both directions. Last review 9.30am

Due to flooding a traffic contra flow is in place for southbound traffic on the Bruce Highway north of King John Creek Caboolture. Southbound traffic is being directed onto the northbound lanes. There is now one lane of traffic each direction in the northbound lanes of the Highway between Bribie Island Road and Pumicestone Rd. Expect delays in both directions, particularly southbound. Due to the large amount of holiday traffic heading north to the Sunshine Coast on the Bruce Highway there is congestion from the Gateway Motorway to Bribie Island Interchange. Delays are being expreienced.
