Motorists are advised to use Lytton Road to access the Port of Brisbane. Motorists travelling east towards the bayside suburbs should use Wynnum Road as an alternate route to the Port of Brisbane Motorway. Motorists wanting to use the Gateway Motorway should take Lytton Road to the Paringa Road on ramp to the Port of Brisbane Motorway before accessing the Gateway Motorway. Motorists should avoid the area if possible.
