There has been a multiple vehicle incident on Angus Smith Drive close the Townsville General Hospital. Both lanes of traffic are closed. Emergency crews are on site.

Motorists are advised of a multiple vehicle incident at 4.45pm on 10 August 2010, on the outbound Douglas Section of the Ring Road, near the Angus Smith Drive on-ramp. The incident is causing considerable congestion on the Douglas Section of the Ring Road. Delays are to be expected.
