Toowoomba Cecil Plains Road, Torrington - Crash: Single vehicle All directions - Troy's Road Roundabout.
Road closed both directions. Medium delays expected. Use alternative route.
Traffic control is on site.
Diversion is in place, as follows:-
Taylor Street is closed at McDougall Street.
Traffic is being diverted via McDougall, and onto the Warrego Highway.
Access to Local business' is still permitted.

There are signals on flash at the intersection of Taylor St and Tor St Newtown - Motorist are advised to drive with caution.

There are traffic light out on Bridge St Toowoomba at the following inteserctions Bridge/Tor & Bridge/ McGregor .
Motorists are being advised to exercise caution in this area.

Toowoomba City - Fallen power lines on Tor Street (Warrego Hway) in Toowoomba City has resulted in the loss of power to traffic signals at several locations. Temporary power has been restored at major intersections using generators, however some locations are still operating without power.
Traffic diversions are in place at the scene of the fallen power lines, between Hursley Road and Taylor Street.
Motorists are advised to be patient and drive with caution.
