Due to an earlier traffic incident there is congestion occuring on the Inner City Bypass inbound from the RNA Bridge to Hale Street.

There is a staionary heavy vehicle on Hale Street, northbound after the exit to Kelvin Grove Road. The vehicle is blocking the left lane. Due to this incident motorists will experience heavy congestion inbound from the Birdwood Road on ramp.
