Information
The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) will be undertaking routine maintenance works on a bridge near Kin Kin Arboretum Park on the Pomona—Kin Kin Road. The bridge, known as Kin Kin Creek No. 3, requires a new wearing surface. 

The works will take place at night, requiring temporary road closures. Delays of up to 15 minutes can be expected while the work site is made safe to allow vehicles to pass. 

Key works 
• Milling of the existing deck surfacing 
• Laying and compaction of new asphalt wearing surface

What to expect 
• Works are scheduled to begin in late October 2024 and are expected to take up to 2 nights to complete, weather and construction conditions permitting. 
• Majority of the works will be undertaken at night between 6pm and 6am, Sunday to Thursday. 
• Temporary road closures will be in place for up to 15 minutes at a time. 
• Construction signage and traffic control will be in place throughout the works.
