The Bruce Hwy is Closed to all vehicles at Plantation Creek in Ayr due to flooding. Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route.

The roundabout at the intersection of Queen Street and Edwards Street will have nightworks to improve the road surface. These works will take place from 7:00pm till 5:30am on Sunday 11 March and Monday 12 March. Traffic will be reduced to a single lane with traffic controller on site for the duration of the works.

Queen street between Young street and Mackenzie street, Ayr will have a full road closure for the Taste of the Burdekin Food Festival. Signage and detours will be present for the duration of the event.
