The Department of Transport and Main Roads advises that Colleges Crossing on Mount Crosby Road will be closed from Sunday 20th February until Thursday the 3rd of March 2011 due to a controlled release from Wivenhoe Dam. Motorists are advised to detour via Mount Crosby Road, Warrego Highway and Ipswich Motorway.
