Roadworks - Planned roadworks
The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR)will be undertaking pedestrian safety improvements work at Russell Street adjacent to the intersection with Bloomfield Street. This work is planned to take place from Monday 19 September to Friday 30 September 2016, subject to weather and construction conditions. The standard hours for the project are from 6am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Traffic control will be in place to ensure safety of road workers, motorists, pedestrians and cyclists at all times during the construction. Roadworks - Planned roadworks
• The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) will be installing traffic signals at the intersection of Bloomfield St and Bay St, Cleveland. • Works are expected to be carried out Monday to Friday from the September 2016 to January 2017, between 6pm to 5am, weather and construction conditions permitting. • Should scheduled works be delayed, they will be undertaken at the next available date. • Changed traffic conditions including minor traffic delays, reduced speed limits and partial lane closures.Reduced speed limits will apply at all times during the construction period. • Further information please contact the Project Team by email at metropolitanregion@tmr.qld.gov.au.
