Roadworks - Planned roadworks
The proposed works will deliver a safer intersection by introducing a new right-turn lane on Eumundi-Noosa Road at the Don Napier Road intersection, reducing the potential for rear-end type crashes. Visibility of the intersection will also be improved by increasing the number of raised reflective pavement markers and upgrading road signage.
Limited night works are necessary and are expected to be completed within three days, weather permitting. TMR apologises for any inconvenience and will endeavour to complete the works as quickly as possible to minimise any impacts on nearby residents.
Project completion is anticipated before the end of November 2017.
What to expect
• Works will be undertaken as a combination of day and night works, taking up to two weeks to complete, weather permitting.
• Day works will occur between 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday while limited night works will be undertaken between 7pm to 4am, Sunday to Thursday.
• Lane shift alignments will be in place throughout
