Roadworks - Planned roadworks
The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) will be undertaking routine maintenance works on a bridge that spans Obi Obi Creek on Obi Obi Road. The bridge, known as Obi Obi Creek No. 1, requires a replacement bridge deck and new wearing surface.
The works will typically take place at night, requiring temporary road closures during these time. Delays of up to 15 minutes can be expected while the work site is made safe to allow vehicles to pass. One lane of the bridge will be closed at all other times, with traffic movements controlled by temporary traffic lights.
