Road closed both directions. Long delays expected.
The Bruce Highway is closed to all vehicles at Mount Ossa due to an accident. Motorists are advised to be patient and expect delays.

Bruce Highway, Mount Ossa - Crash: Single vehicle Both Directions - At Murray William Bridge.
Both lanes affected. Long delays expected. Use alternative route.
The Bruce Highway is closed to all vehicles just north of Mount Ossa at Murray William Bridge due to an accident. The highway is expected to be closed for several hours. Motorists are advised to be patient and expect delays. Emergency Services are on site and are currently diverting vehicles via Mirani-Mount Ossa Road. Heavy vehicles are being diverted via the Peak Downs Highway, Suttor Developmental Road, Colinsville Elphinstone Road and Bowen Developmental Road.

Bruce Highway, Mount Ossa - Crash: Single vehicle All directions - At Murray Creek Bridge north of Mt Ossa.
Road closed both directions. Long delays expected. Use alternative route.
Heavy vehicles which are heading north and wish to reconnect with the Bruce Highway are advised to use Peak Downs Highway, Suttor Developmental , Colinsville Elphinstone Road and Bowen Developmental Road.
Due to damage sustained to a bridge during the crash, the highway is expected to remain closed for sometime.
