The Rising Sun Intersection Project will deliver: Replacement of conduits, pits, traffic signal footings and posts. Adjustments to some stop bar locations and vehicle detector loops, modification of pedestrian ramps and new CCTV infrastructure. During these works there will be changed traffic conditions including speed restrictions and traffic delays. Temporary detour, and road and lane closures will be required and traffic control will be in place and during construction, there will be localised pedestrian and cyclist changes, including temporary pathway detour. Signage will be in place to assist and direct pedestrians and cyclists.
