Roadworks - Planned roadworks
TMR advises that rehabilitation works will soon begin on Kilcoy-Beerwah Rd (Peachester Rd), between River Rd and Maleny-Stanley River Rd, Peachester. The works will commence on 26 April 2017, weather permitting, and take place Monday to Saturday between 5am and 5pm. The project will take approximately four weeks to complete, weather permitting.
During construction, one lane will be closed, with temporary traffic signals in place to assist with the flow of traffic. Reduced speed limits and road signage will also be in place to ensure the safety of road workers and motorists. Variable Message Boards will be installed one week prior to works starting. TMR will work closely with the contractor to manage and minimise the impacts to motorists as much as possible. Priority access and entry through work zone will be given to emergency vehicles.
