The work includes modification to Swanbank and Memorial Drive intersection which consists of stormwater drainage, road widening, turn lanes and any other associated traffic standards. This work is scheduled to commence from the 28th February 2018 and we anticipate 18 weeks to complete. All construction activities will be undertaken between 6:30 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Saturday (no work on Sundays or public holidays). We are implementing a traffic management plan that will reduce the traffic speed to 40km/h and as such expect minor traffic delays. There will be no disruptions to existing stakeholder properties. This activity will be conducted in a manner so the traffic flow entering and exiting your properties is not restricted. Landtrak and the civil contractor will manage the health and safety of both site operatives and the public during this phase.
