There has been a single vehicle crash on Honour Avenue. Diversions are in place Honour Avenue is closed at the intersection of Chelmer St East. Traffic being diverted down Chelmer Street. The northern side is blocked at Bridge Street traffic being diverted left into Bridge Street then onto Wharf Street - Oxley Road. Short delays being experienced
