There is a power pole down across part of University Road outside Lavarack Barracks. There are single lane closures in both directions. Emergency crews are on site. Please drive with care when in this area.

Motorists are advised of an incident on University Road at the Macarthur Drive roundabout. Current traffic conditions are unknown, however heavy congestion and large delays are visible for Southbound traffic, which is banked up to the motorway. Please avoid the area where possible.
