There is a diesel spill on Samford Road heading outbound effecting the left and centre lane at the intersection of Ferny Way. Please proceed with caution when driving through the area.

The Department of Transport and Main Roads wishes to advise that Samford Road will be closed to motorists between Arbor Street and Tramway Street from 8:00pm Friday 2nd March to 5:00am 5th March 2012 .
The closure is in place for essential resurfacing works for the rail crossings.
Traffic will be detoured via
Northbound via Tramway Street
Southbound via Arbor Street
QPS and traffic controllers will be in attendance to assist motorists. It is anticipated that the works will cause minor to moderate delays. For more information please contact 131940.
