David Low Way is closed due to a major pavement failure 1km north of Coolum adjacent to the swimming pool. Please use the Sunshine Motorway as the alternative route.

There is rubbish on the Yandina Coolum Road 1km west of the Coolum-Yandina Roundabout. The eastbound lane is partially blocked. Please proceed with caution in the area.

Sunshine Motorway, Coolum Beach - Crash: Multi-vehicle Both Directions - Two lanes blocked. Long delays expected. Diversions are in place.
Motorists are advised of a multi-vehicle crash on the Sunshine Motorway approximately one kilometre south of the Yandina-Coolum Road roundabout. Diversions are in place by Police and Traffic control at the Yandina-Coolum Rd roundabout for southbound traffic and also the Pacific Paradise area for northbound traffic.

Emergency roadworks are being carried out on David Low Way at the intersection of Birtwell street, Coolum Beach. Works commence at 2:00pm, 6/12/2011 until 6:00am, 7/12/2011. Motorists should expect delays.
