Traffic Incidents related to Woolcock Street, Hyde Park, QLD

Motorists are advised of a multiple vehicle incident on Woolcock Street at the Kings Road intersection. Police and emergency services are on site, with some lanes in all directions currently blocked. Major congestion has developed around the area, so please avoid the intersection where possible.

Motorists are advised that stormwater drainage works involving changed traffic conditions have commenced on The Strand adjacent to Anzac Park. Traffic flow along The Strand, Melton Terrace and Cleveland Terrace will be affected. These works will be continuing for approximately 4 weeks.

The intersection of Woolcock and Kings St Intersection middle lights have been knocked over by a vehicle. Police and traffic control on site. It is estimated that traffic clow will return to normal within the hour.

Motorists are advised that Third Avenue will be closed to all vehicles at the intersection of Queens Road for the V8 Supercars event. The road closure will take effect at midnight on Saturday 3 July 2010 and will continue until 6pm on Monday 12 July 2010.

Motorists are advised that the Railway Avenue Service Road will be closed to all vehicles from Queens Road to Flowers Street for the V8 Supercars event. The road closure will take effect at midnight on Saturday 3 July 2010 and will continue until 6pm on Monday 12 July 2010.

Motorists are advised of a multiple vehicle incident on Dean Street near the Rooney Street Intersection. The incident occurred at apprxoimately 5.30pm on 15 November 2010. Traffic is slightly congested on Dean Street, and emergency vehicles are on site.

Motorists are advised of works on Bundock Street, Belgian Gardens. Works will require the closure of the northbound lane on Bundock Street between Evans Street and Beaufort street, for the 21 June 2010 to 23 June 2010, between the hours of 7am and 5pm. The works are required to construct a new kerb crossover and concrete footpath crossing.
