There is a broken down truck, northbound on the Cardwell range, 150m from the top of the range. Delays are being experienced as 1 lane is closed.

Bruce Highway is now OPEN WITH CAUTION to regular vehicles - flooding at Helens Hill and Frances Creek, between Townsville and Ingham has subsided.

Bruce Highway is closed to regular vehicles due to flooding at Helens Hill and Frances Creek, between Townsville and Ingham. The road is currently open to high-clearance vehicles only.Water levels are still rising - it is not yet known when the road will be reopened to regular traffic.

There are reports of the warning lights on the railway crossing on the Bruce Highway approximately 8 km south of Cardwell, being constantly on flash.

Due to an earlier incident, delays can be expected on the Bruce Hwy, 12kms south of Cardwell at Damper Creek.

There is a CRASH on the Bruce Hwy, at the top of the Cardwell Range. Both directions are currently blocked and Major Delays can be expected.

There is an oil spill on the Bruce Hwy northbound prior to Liverpool St, near the Choice Service Station.
