Due to an earlier incident on the Bruce Hwy northbound, the Anzac Avenue on-ramp is closed until further notice. Traffic has been reduced to 60km/h through the area.

There has been a hazardous material spill on the Bruce Highway at Anzac Avenue. Two lanes of traffic has now reopened. Traffic has been reduced to 60km/h through the area; motorists are advised to proceed with caution.

Traffic travelling northbound on the Gateway Motorway must use Deagon Deviation across the Houghton Highway, onto Elizabeth Avenue; proceed along Anzac Avenue, turn right onto Deception Bay Road then re-enter the Bruce Highway. Motorists can expect extreme delays northbound.

There has been a hazardous material spill on the Bruce Highway at Anzac Avenue. Limited traffic is getting through on the right lane however diversions are still in place.
Traffic traveling on the Bruce Highway are advised to exit at Dohles Rocks Road; continue along Dohles Rocks Road and turn right onto Anzac Avenue. Proceed along Old Gympie Road and re-enter the Highway at Boundary Road. B-doubles must use Anzac Avenue exit and proceed north via Anzac Avenue then onto Deception Bay Road and then re-enter the Bruce Highway.

There has been a hazardous material spill on the Bruce Highway at Anzac Avenue Mango Hill. All three northbound lanes of the Bruce Highway are closed. Northbound traffic on the Gateway Motorway is advised to exit via the Deagon Deviation and the Houghton Highway. Northbound traffic on the Gympie Arterial is advised to exit at Dohles Rocks Rd.

There is a diesel spill on the Bruce Highway northbound affecting the Anzac Avenue on ramp and lanes on the Highway and medium delays are occuring

The Anzac Avenue on-ramp to the Bruce Highway at Kallangur will be closed today (Friday 8 January 2010), from 9:30am to 1:00pm for an inspection of the pavement surface and environmental assessment of the site following the recent tanker spill. The on-ramp will re-open following completion of the inspection on Friday. The Department apologises for any inconvenience that this may cause and encourages motorists to plan their trip and allow for delays.
