Roadworks - Planned roadworks
• Removing localised areas of asphalt surfacing around the bridge joints.
• Inspecting bridge joints.
• Reinstating the asphalt around the bridge joints.
• Night works are scheduled for Thursday 12 December 2024, weather and site conditions permitting.
• Works will be undertaken between 7pm and 5am when traffic volumes are lower.
• Should wet weather prevent this work from taking place as planned, it will start as soon as possible after.
• Nearby residents may experience noise, dust and vibration during the works.
• TMR's contractor will endeavour to keep disruptions and noise to a minimum, completing noisier works earlier in the evening.
• Motorists can expect minor delays when single lane closures are in place.
• Traffic controllers, reduced speed limits and signage will be in place to advise of changed traffic conditions and to ensure motorist and roadworker safety.
• Priority access through the work zone will be given to emergency vehicles.
